本文以人参四种不同状态的愈伤组织为材料,采用水状片法和碘-碘化钾法和5%香草醛-浓硫酸法等组织化学反应对其进行细胞形态观察,同时测定了四种不同形态的人参愈伤组织中的多糖含量和皂苷含量。结果:通过对四种不同人参愈伤组织的细胞学观察发现只有呈黄绿色,颗粒状,质地松软的Ⅳ型愈伤组织皂苷含量最高且细胞分散度最佳,易于做为人参与胡萝卜原生质体融合培养的起始材料。
The text uses the different postural callus as materials and uses the different histological chemistry methord to observe cell shape. Simultaneously, it measures the content of polysaccharose and saponin in kinds of different morphological Panax ginseng callus. The result indicate: The cytology observation by four different Panax ginseng callus found the saponin content of Ⅳtype callus which assume flavovirens , granulo, spongy texture is highest and the dispersity of cell is best. It becomes starting material of protoplast fusion and culture with Panax ginseng and Daucus carota .
