Abstract  A brief analysis about National High Technology Research and Development Program (‘863’)research and development on nano biological device topics in "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" was given. The details about topics plan, institutions carrying out the topics and representative research results were presented, these information maybe be useful to scientific and technical workers.
