摘要： 人巨细胞病毒（HCMV）严重危害人类生殖健康和优生优育。仅据临床表现不能对其进行确诊，生物技术的发展为早期、快速和准确检测，对及时治疗极为重要，文章从病毒形态学、免疫学以及分子生物学角度总结综述了HCMV检测技术的发展、应用及各自特点。

Abstract: Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) is highly endangering the health of human procreation, the bearing and producing young. The clinical observation is far to reach the accurate detection. Recently different biological technologies are blooming for early, fast and accurate detection. All the HCMV tests are comparatively summarized from morphological, immunological to molecular biological aspects.
