Abstract The study of plant protoplast separate, culure, fusion and regeneration. According to literature analysis, it discusses the question of theprotoplast wok and the tendency of development in the future. Simultaneously, it indicates the rapid development with liberation, culture and fusion of plant protoplast in 20 years.
