Abstract Bleomycins is an antibiotic compound which is produced by Streptomyces verticillus and extracted from the fermentation liquid. The structure and the biosynthesis of Bleomycins are introduced .The influence of fermentation media , the fermentation conditions and the precursor to the output of Bleomycins is discussed . The methods of the principal components identification of fermentation liquid and the research prospects of Bleomycins are mentioned .
