Advances on Isolation and Fusion of Plant Subprotoplasts

Abstract  Cytoplast and microprotoplast are main subprotoplasts that can play an important role in plant genetic improvement. The present review highlights the advancements in isolation and fusion of plant subprotoplast, and some suggestions and prospects are proposed for the future studies.
